Concerts and Events – help with tickets, ushering, pre-concert/event set-up, post-concert /event break-down, reception set-up and general assistance.
Transportation – chauffeur world famous artists by providing transportation for (airport/hotel/venue pick-ups and drop-offs)
Administrative (in the office) – answer phones and emails, sort and stuff mailers, enter data, copy, scan, and general office duties.
Donor and Ticketing Activities – write thank you notes, make phone calls, assist with ticketing and seating, host events, connect with donors and businesses.
Other – There are always more ways to help. We’d love to hear your ideas.
Qualifications:
- A love of CMA’s mission!
- A positive attitude and welcoming demeanor
- The ability to interact with the public, staff and other volunteers in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Some duties may require the ability to stand for extended periods of time.
