Civic Music Association (CMA) is in search of a Patron Services Coordinator to join our team and support our tradition of producing high quality concerts and patron experiences.
Primary job duties
Manage concert and education event details and logistics, coordinating, and managing front of house duties at concerts, overseeing the coordination of patron engagement events, and ensuring the concierge services for the artists are being met. Process will-call and walk-up ticketing at events, oversee sales of musician and CMA merchandise, coordinate ushers, parking attendants, beverage service, etc. Coordinate and oversee the volunteers for events. Support marketing and development efforts including direct mail, promotions, and fundraising. Assist the Business Manager with maintaining the donor database and the ticketing process. Establish and grow relationships with donors, patrons, volunteers, and vendor partners.
Skills and qualifications
Experience in event management and customer service. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Highly organized with strong communication and organizational skills. Detail oriented with database management experience.
